i have a vacation planned to destin in late July, im about a 15 handicap, any suggestions to spend around $60 to $80?

There are a ton of courses. For that price range I would check out Bluewater Bay. It is just outside of town and snakes right along the bay. It is a mid-high level course. It is a little tight but still fun to play. For other courses in Destin check out http://www.destinteetime.com.
